I am a video game enthusiast, collector, preservationist and believer in physical media and goods. I go by Survivor's Gui1t. I have been collecting video game memorabilia for quite a while and have been a part of dozens of collecting communities, so you might already know me. Over the years I had a lot of people come to me, new comers and old timers alike, and ask me questions like "Have you ever seen this item?", "Do you know where this is from?", "Is this official?", "When was it released?", "Where was it sold?", "How limited was it?". It was clear to me that the hobby has grown to proportions that is hard to navigate and keep track of. I built this site to act as a guide and a reference for the community whether they are just starting their collections, or hunting down their one holy grail.
This website contains a near-complete list of all the merchandise printed for a group of select modern video game titles. This list is accompanied by detailed pictures and information including description, manufacturer, original MSRP, edition size, the regions where the item was released and more. When I say near-complete, I mean it. Our catalog does not only include retail items but also things that the public hardly hears about. If the internal staff and developers received a gift to mark the release of their title, it will be documented here, the booths and displays at expos and events will be here, prototypes that never saw a release will be here, store and promo displays/posters, yes, they will be here. I strongly believe the merchandise of a title, when done properly, tells an entire story of its own. I believe these items deserve to be documented and remembered, their history preserved. If something was issued through an official channel, you can expect to see it here, whether it was meant for a public audience or not. I also provide a set of tools to help you on your collecting adventure. Unified wishlists, community condition reports, authentication if you need a second pair of eyes before you pull the trigger on that one item you have been hunting down, all free of charge. You can read more about how I pick out games in the "Request A Game" tab.
